11 year old Lucy Li has qualified for the U.S Womens Open. She qualified by by shooting 2-under throug two rounds. the youngest qualifier was Lexi Thompson who qualified and age 12. Keegan bradley 2011 PGA champion tweeted. "I think that 11 year old lusy qualifying for the us open is so amazing and cool. ridiculous accomplishment." Even though she was the youngest to qualify she not the youngeest to compete beverly klass made the field at 10 years old in 1967 when you didnt have to qualify. Connecticut teen accuused in slashing death of classmate

The victim Maren sanchez, 16 who was described  as "a bright light of hopes and  dreams" died after being slashed in a school stairwell, authorities said. she was cut in her neck and  chest and face. Police think that the  boy who did this was angry after she rejected im as a prom date. the suspect christopher plaskon was taken in to custody on friday by a school police officer is clothing and hands were all bloddie and he said " i did it just arrest me" the victim tried to pull away but didnt succeed. Venezuelan protests leave two dead

Two people were left dead by gun fire and two dozen were injured during protest. The government blamed the violence on opposition and said one the people who died was a pro government community leader. Gay teacher fired for getting marriage license

Michael griffin a openly gay teacher at holy ghost prep school was fired on Friday for getting a marriage license with is partner. Under Pennsylvania law its totally legal to fire him.The state senator wants to see that changed by amending the Pennsylvania Human relations act, which has but proposed. Griffin taught at the school for 12 years teaching French and Spanish but his email account for the school was deleted Friday and his name was taken off the school directory. He posted on Facebook what happened and it was shared 583 times. Giffin said "Everything I've heard from students and parents have been positive.

One student has died and five others were injured after a dump truck hit an elementary school bus in Idaho. The driver approached the intersection with no stop sign for that but he bus was traveling east on the intersecting road did have a stop sign.Ten students were on the bus and all of them were sixth graders. Idaho State Policeman. John Burke said it's too early to determine what went wrong. Neither driver was injured. Some of the parents were at the scene, while others were expected to meet their children at the elementary school.

Police were tipped  by someone that 50 year old Curtis w croft that he was bragging about how much weed he has in garden. So they looked on Google maps which had a digital picture of  his back yard which had plants lined up in rows. They soon found out  he could sell medical marijuana to five which limits him to 30 plants but found that he had 94 plants. He was arrested charged then released.  This wasn’t the first time they busted people for pot on google earth and it wont be the last.
