11 year old Lucy Li has qualified for the U.S Womens Open. She qualified by by shooting 2-under throug two rounds. the youngest qualifier was Lexi Thompson who qualified and age 12. Keegan bradley 2011 PGA champion tweeted. "I think that 11 year old lusy qualifying for the us open is so amazing and cool. ridiculous accomplishment." Even though she was the youngest to qualify she not the youngeest to compete beverly klass made the field at 10 years old in 1967 when you didnt have to qualify. Connecticut teen accuused in slashing death of classmate

The victim Maren sanchez, 16 who was described  as "a bright light of hopes and  dreams" died after being slashed in a school stairwell, authorities said. she was cut in her neck and  chest and face. Police think that the  boy who did this was angry after she rejected im as a prom date. the suspect christopher plaskon was taken in to custody on friday by a school police officer is clothing and hands were all bloddie and he said " i did it just arrest me" the victim tried to pull away but didnt succeed. Venezuelan protests leave two dead

Two people were left dead by gun fire and two dozen were injured during protest. The government blamed the violence on opposition and said one the people who died was a pro government community leader. The President said that the snipers were responsible for the deaths as a plot for rebellion.
